Renthal Twin Ring Sprocket

New From Renthal, the Twin Ring rear sprocket. It's an aluminum inner ring with a steel outer ring, the one with the teeth. They are held together extremelytight tollerences and small steel allen bolts. This chain wheel combines a specially enhanced 7075 T-6 aluminum alloy center with a high strength Electroless Nickel coated steel outer ring. The alloy center section keeps weight down and the steel outer ring provides durability where it is needed the most. We have one installed on our CRF450R and will let you know how it lasts.

The entire chain wheel is precision CNC machined to extremely tight tolerances creating a permanent bond between the two materials for the life of the chain wheel. It really is a beautiful chain ring, almost seems a waste to put it on a bike and thrash it. But we are willing to take one for the team. That's what we do, thrash parts and tell you how they stand up to our abuse. The fine folks at Renthal tell us the Twin Ring Sprocket should last 3 times longer than conventional sprockets.
