EDM:  Why hopefully?
PJ:  We don’t have any deals yet so when you don’t have any deals, we don’t know?
EDM:  Yeah I guess that’s true…how long you been with team green?
PJ:  I wanna say that this is my … 4th year.
EDM:  Oh really?
PJ:  Well my first year with them was in 2003…ok so 5 years.
EDM:  So how do you see things going, do you have plans ideas?
PJ:  YOTK spoke to me but there is no telling, they basically said that they were interested but I've got places I can go if it comes to it.
EDM:  I like the way team green takes people and puts them onto their factory team that is how it works isn’t it
PJ:  Yeah for the pro circuit
EDM:  Its pro circuit?
PJ:  Yeah.
EDM:  That’s kind of cool how they do that.
PJ:  Yeah not too many people get to go like that though.
EDM:  Really?
PJ:  Yeah there has only been like 5 guys that went amateur to pro with that team.
EDM:  How does your amateur ratings/ranking compare to Austin Stroupe?
PJ:  I don’t even know. I have no clue.
EDM:  What do you think you’re going to be doing in 09?
PJ:  09 should be supercross and outdoors.
EDM: Yeah? You like outdoors huh?
PJ:  Yeah I like supercross too.
EDM: Do you have a favorite quote?
PJ:  Hmm there is a lot of them, I haven’t had the same quote in a while… what is that one my dad always says… my dad’s got one…I can’t remember right now…If you wouldn’t have asked me I probably would have remembered
EDM:  Have you met RV yet?
PJ:  Yup.
EDM:  How was that?
PJ:  He is pretty cool... quiet.
EDM:  Did you guys ride together at all?
PJ:  Never.
EDM:  That might be kind of cool wouldn’t it?
PJ:  Might... whenever I go to California
EDM:  Right.
PJ:  Whenever I go to California

EDM:  You have never been to California?
PJ:  Not yet.
EDM:  Oh well your gonna love it, it's great… it gets like this sandy, sandy clay probably a lot more sand out there but the tracks are all rock hard and sandy… do you have a favorite racer someone who is an idol of yours?
PJ:  that would probably be Ryan V... I don’t know he just seems to be a good kid always does good 9 times out of 10 he does finishes well.
EDM:  Definantly very dedicated.
PJ:  Yeah.
EDM:  Any advice you would like to offer to the amateurs coming through the ranks.
PJ:  Don’t let life’s distractions get to you, just focus on what you have got to do.
