TIRE CHANGES are not fun, but make them as easy as possible. Put your tire in the sun, or in a place that is warm. Heating the temperature of the tire makes it more plyable, which means its easier to install. Also try using a lubircant when mountingdismounting. I use soapy water in a spray bottle.
